Refund policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Time Frame
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.
- Any request made after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered (different design, size, or color)
- The product has a manufacturing fault or quality issue
Note: Change of mind or dislike of the product is not a valid reason for return.
3. Proof Requirement
- Customers must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue.
- The proof must be shared within the 3-day return period.
- Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
4. Product Condition
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- All tags, boxes, and accessories must be included
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used or damaged by the customer.
5. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds or money back under any circumstances.
- Instead, customers will receive a replacement product.
6. Exchange / Replacement Process
- Once the return is approved and the product is received, it will be inspected by our team.
- After approval, a replacement item of the same or equal value will be shipped.
- If the same product is unavailable, the customer can choose another item of equal price.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
8. Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return (optional — you can keep or remove this)
